Cancellation Policy

This policy explains subscription cancellation behavior for ATS Resume Creator.
1. User-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel subscription renewal from your billing dashboard at any time.
2. Effective Date of Cancellation
- End-of-cycle cancellation: access continues until current billing cycle ends.
- Immediate cancellation: where technically supported, subscription can be terminated immediately.
3. One-Time Purchases
One-time paid services are not cancellable after successful transaction authorization; refund terms apply separately.
4. Service Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate subscriptions for fraud, abuse, non-payment, or policy violations.
