This policy describes refund handling for ATS Resume Creator charges processed by shap softech.
1. One-Time Purchases
Refunds for one-time services may be approved for duplicate charges, failed fulfillment, or verified technical service failure attributable to our platform.
2. Subscription Charges
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after successful billing cycle activation, unless required by law or due to unauthorized/duplicate payment events.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after successful service delivery.
- Inaccurate user-provided data causing undesired output.
- Policy violations or account suspension due to misuse.
4. Request Window
Submit refund requests within 7 calendar days from charge date unless local law mandates a different period.
5. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider and usually settle in 5-10 business days based on banking rails.
6. How to Request
Use the in-app billing dashboard refund option or email support@shapsoftech.com with invoice id, transaction id, and reason.
