These Terms of Service govern your use of ATS Resume Creator (the "Service") provided by shap softech ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.
2. Service Scope
The Service provides resume editing, ATS analysis, export generation, and paid value-added features including advanced ATS checks and premium downloads/subscriptions.
3. Billing and Payments
Payments are processed via authorized payment providers. Charges are shown before checkout. One-time purchases apply to specified services only. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend abusive or fraudulent accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
Company retains rights to software and platform materials. You retain rights to your resume content. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.
6. Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service to improve security, reliability, or functionality.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Company disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, fraud, or legal obligations.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction of India. Disputes are subject to courts in New Delhi, unless otherwise required by law.
